These are our general terms and conditions based on the services we provide. Unless a separate term/contract is provided for the service requested, these will be applied. Please ensure that you read carefully and let us know if you have any questions as these terms and conditions are in effect once you decide to proceed in working with us.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date/time.
- The client is responsible for all location costs such as access fees, etc.
- If the client is 15 minutes late without a call or notification we reserve the right to cancel the shoot and retain the deposit.
- The blanace is due on or before the day of the session.
- A link to the images from the session are sent for selection purposes within 24-48 hours.
- All additional images outside the package guidlines will attract a cost of $1,000 per.
- The post-production (editing) process takes 1 week for photoshoots.
- The editing time period begins after the images are selected.
- If images are not selected within two weeks of providing the link, the project is considered complete.
- Only edited final images are provided. Raw images are not included in our packages.
- Raw images are only stored for a month after the final images are delivered. If additional edits are required you would need to request this before that period is complete.Â
- The company reserves the rights to all photos taken unless agreed otherwise.
- If you require exclusive rights to the photos additional charges will be applied.
- The company can use these images without restrictions for advertising, portfolio and other lawful purposes unless exclusive rights is purchased.
- The re-editing of final work is strictly prohibited.
- Once the final product is delivered and the medium in which it was delivered expires, we are no longer liable for the final product.
- Proper credit should be given to our company where necessary.
- You can only reschedule up to a day before the shoot date and the rescheduled date can be no more than a month of the original date.
- If we are unable to perform the session due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, weather, etc) the client is allowed to reschedule or a refund is provided within two weeks.

- Only final video is provided. Raw clips are not included in our packages unless agreed otherwise. Additional charges may apply for raw clips.
- Raw clips are stored for a month after the final video is delivered. If any additional edit is required a request would need to be made before that period is complete.
- The company reserves the rights to use clips without restrictions for advertising, portfolio and other lawful purposes.
- If you require exclusive rights to the clips addtional charges will be applied.
- If no feedback is provided on a draft within 2 weeks of it being presented, the project is considered complete and full payment should be made.
- You are alotted two revisions. All other revisions will attract additional charges.
